if plants pack on a lot of weight in the last weeks why would i deprive them of food?
im growing nirvana white widow and they are starting to explode on day 50 should i be flushing at all?

The flush will make the plant use up all the nutes in her system it will still get bigger, and the taste and burn is way better, It may make you customers happier.

and no flushing doesnt harm weight....not flushing harms you and the smoke

If you want to be known for quality, then yes.

I only grow for personal and some friends but if I was a comercial grower I'd want to sell a quality product rather than just make a quick buck but maybe thats just me.

i think it has a lot to do with what you are feeding them. i use fox farms and molasses right up to the last feeding. i get nice white ashes and better than that, it taste good too. i've tried it both ways and really didn't see any pros or cons. just my 2 cents.

this is the debate of growers i still cant tell if there really is any point to flushing.

my main theory for suggesting against it is that fact that the plant fixates the otherwise inorganic nutes into organic plant material. so i can see the 3 day rule but not 2 weeks for flushing.

I use nutes all the way up until the last day or 2 then I use the emergency flush method for 3 days and they always end up tasting beutiful. I find the plants love having the nutes during the last 2 weeks and they really do blow up and stack on the weight.
