Hey guys, my question may seem simple or hard ill try to ask my best.

I under stand the process of cutting down the plant trimming and curing so lets leave this out. where im confused is the part of right after flushing. i am using final phaze to flush and i know im about into that last week of flower as this is the 8th week, the hairs turning brown tric's starting to amber up. and after tonights dose of FP im just going to give them straight water.

my question, i read some say stop watering the plant "?" amount of days befor you cut, and also leave them in the dark for 24-48 hours befor you cut?

exactly how is this all done? or the procedure to geting your crop ready to cut and harvest?

You will read and hear lot's of different opinions,
and possibly start an argument, but it's really neither here nor there.
I haven't used FP as I thought these products were mainly for hydro.
Using Only water for the last 2 weeks is good to get rid of any nutes still in the plants system.
Several days of darkness before harvest is said to bring out the full flavour and aroma in the buds.
Some people say to stop watering so the plants dry quicker.
Does any of this make a huge difference??, doubtful.
Sorry if I have confused you more, but it's best to experiment and find what suits you.

ive used FP this whole past week and the salt deposits on the bottom neer the drain holes have all dissipated, and ive seen a nice little gain in gurth to the buds. but this final week i was going to just give them plain water. stop watering them for 2 days then leave them in the dark for a 3rd day then cut them. ill see how this works.

last question being, do i start doing all this durring this 8th week, or finish letting them grow out till the end of the week then start letting them dry out and put them in the dark?

if you say they are starting to amber up real good and you think they have about a week left, then i say just give straight water for the next couple days....then no water for at least 3-4 days along with total dark for the last day or 2
