Folks just bought new scales and the dirty bastards have not included the calibration weight so can anyone tell me the weight of some coins (UK Sterling) so I can check it out.

i dno about UK coins, but if you can scrounge up some US nickels, they weigh 5g each

Hey a penny is 3.5g and a 2p is 7.0g depending on how clean they are...altho I believe this you already know :P

Wrong, use a 2p piece and if it comes up as 7.1 0r 7.2 your good to go
