I think you could go another 2 weeks with nutes....just a lil bit less each week.

do you only flush one day after discontinue of nutes?? or everyday for the last wk.? than let it dry up..

yeah i underestimated the stretch phase of sativa dominant plants. This is my first attempt at scrog. I quit training the plants at 2 weeks after 12/12. I should have gone another week of training cause those things shot up 1.5 feet above the screen! i thought they were never gonna stop stretching. lol! so....i lst'd practically every stalk trying to even out the canopy as best i could.

so the point is...my hps is not spitting out much light to the far corners of my box as the plants had grown a bit higher than i expected. and the way i have my box set up, my hps is running diagonal as you can see in the pics from my journal. if i had trained them one more week they would have grown idealy 6 inches above the screen thus the hps would have been able to cover the whole area.

so i added 250 more watts in cfl's to the corners to suffice for lost light. both plants seem to enjoy what ive done. there might be some heat stress goin on but im thinkin it might just be that the plants are just reaching full maturity.

here are some more pics taken today for yalls enjoyment! tomorrow starts the 9th week of flowering!

the first 3 pics are the durban. the next 4 are trainwreck (which im growing with the durban). then there is a cab shot mainly showing the taller durban buds.

i'll flush for a week. in dwc you change the water out each day with fresh ph'd water no nutes. i use flora kleen so i'll be adding that to the fresh ph'd water the last 2-3 days.

im not too sure what you mean by let it dry up?

How do they look??

theyre burnin a little bit....im thinking its due to heat/light which i cant fix at this point. I barely have any nutes in there....trichomes are mostly cloudy

still 2 weeks left? they are now into day 63 of flowering....
