I just harvested my 3rd plant in this crop(1st timer). I kept a very close eye out for hermie nuts through the first 4 weeks of 12/12, and once the buds realy kicked in, I stopped examining so closely.

The first 2 plants looked fine, nice big buds. and the 2 still in flower look fine as well.

But this plant showed my dying leaves, and they bottom half of the plant was very light green.

Well it looks like there are seeds in the buds, bud my inexperience cannot tell.

IS This A Hermie?????

I can tell by the way your hairs have shriveled and turned that reddish brown color that it has been pollinated, it happened to me 3 weeks ago, it will b ok tho just let it do its thing, i mean it wont b the sensi but there is still some good smoke in there! just take time every day to try and look under the bud sites for pollen sacks or banana lookin things, if you see either of those just pinch em off

She is not a hermie at all. Those are swollen calyxes, natural, that is where the pistols come from.

Its very weird because if she hermied, I figure to see signs of pollination in the other plants.

This is the only one with these strange looking buds. little white lookin balls in the buds. and it's mostly the bottom half of the plant.

maybe stress from overcrowding/ not enough light on lower leaves? I am still not convinced either way, but these just really looked like seeds to me.

question, on the top half of the plant are the pistils changing color as they are on the pics of the lower branches?

i may have been wrong in my earlier posts if the color change of the pistils is due to the plant maturing, in which case the tops would show this color change first as they would mature first.

Im telling you that the pics in your first post look exactly like mine did afer being pollinated... after the pistil receives the pollen it has served its purpose in life and begins to shrivel and look a really dark reddish brown, if you cant tell now wait a 2 weeks and you will see the seed pods partially open. I hope for you that this is not the case, just tryin to help a brother out

I cracked a few of them open, and they didn't appear to be developed seeds. or seeds at all? that's my prob, i don't know for sure. they appear to be seeds in early stages of development, although the plant is 8+weeks into flower.

If it was a hermie it would look like this!

It looks similar to where the banana falls off...but you would have seeds for sure.
