Should I trim the bottom leaves? Will it hurt her? Should I just let her go wild? Shes only on day 23. I can't believe how big she got so fast. When I switch to flower I fear she will overgrow into a monster. I'd like a 2 headed monster. Should I cut the top off? +REP For helpful info...

That looks ok...you can top if you want to, just make sure you flower when its half the size you can cope with (it'll most likely double in height...) I personally ONLY cut leaves off if they get burnt from the lights...if theres SOME green in an otherwise yellow leaf its still doing the plant some good! When they get completely yellow they can be pulled off if they don't just fall off anyway...

I think it is, its only 23 days old. . I haven't seen many 3 week old plants that big... but what do I know?

You can trim off the lower leaves if you want and it wont hurt the plant. Personally I would FIM it if you want to get a nice wide canopy with many colas.

is that a fem seed? I had some males that big after 3 weeks. I just didn't know they were males until day 36 when it started preflower

I recently used Uncle Bens 4 Cola technique (see it under advanced cultivation - too lazy to get the link).

If you're worried about height the 4 cola trick is the way to go! I have some real lanky sativa's, cut her down above the second node and now she's really bushy with FOUR cola's yeaaaah thank you UNCLE BEN!

So now I do this to all my sativa clones. Let them grow to around 5 nodes then chop it all off just above the second true node. They turn into little bushes. You can pop them in flower right away and they do great!
