7 weeks flowering with CFL's AK48 and Power Skunk

can you all help me....7 weeks flowering after 8 weeks of vegging. I want to know if they are ready or they need some more time. I have two girls, one looks more 'ripe' than the other but help me.

AK48 and a Power Skunk in Miracle Grow Potting soil undel 12 CFL's

i think thats the best you can get with 12 cfls and miracle grow potting soil

from what i see if they were mine id give em about 2 more weeks, to each his own tho

Wow, thats some red stems on those pics. You'r miracle grow is frying your plants.

Anywayz, there not done yet. How are you gonna flush? Every time you water you release more ferts.

i actually do not know what the next step is. I did not know I had to flush or anything like that. I was going to chop them down in a week or two and let them try in a dark room then put them in a glass jar....but it looks like i may leave them for another couple of weeks before i do that. I only water once a week using spring water and the MG only feeds for 3 months....i think

u can tell by the plant that the mg soil is startin no get low on nutes, so dont worry about flushing just keep using plain water and over the next 2week and just chop when ready,,

some strains do have quite red stems,,
u can see that the plant is getting low on nitrogen wich shows u that nutes are nearly all used up in mg, as in mg nitrogen is the biggest ellement,, so just let them fatten,,, u cud use molasses with the mg soil, as mollasses is only rich in potassium wich wont burn ur plants,,and will help ur plant fatten up if u use it until a week before u chop

I don't think the power skunk looks even close to done,which isnt surprising for power skunk at 7 weeks. Chop the ak soon, but the power skunk needs alot more time.

spur, how can you tell which is which. For the best pictures, (the first four are the short one, img_2137 is the best pic of the shorter plant) and the next five (the best being img_2141) is the taller plant. the last is a picture of buds from each one (left is tall plant, right is short plant).

the shorter plant looks much more ready than the taller one.

The shorter one I thought was the Power Skunk but it was a guess. That one has about 50% of the hair thingy's (trikes?) are red and is not growing up more, just getting fatter (the buds tht is). The tall one I would say only has about 30% amber/red hairs. Both have alot of the crystals all over them, well you can see in the pics

Thanks again all. I think I will still keep them around for another 2 weeks. I water them once a week with spring water, 44oz for the tall one and 32oz for the short one.

I can tell which is which because I've grown power skunk before.

spur, I am taking a guess here but I take it my tall one is the power skunk, correct (pictures 5-9)? Also how many weeks you think I have to keep her growing? I am not going to do anything for the next week as I am going away anyway.
