I know cedar fumes kill certain animals and birds, it is used in closets as a replacement for moth balls....it is also well documented that a percentage of the population is highly allergic to the dust and fumes when in regular contact with the lungs. Besides.....do you really want to smell and taste cedar every time you medicate?
