I got an 8x loupe this morning, as far as I can see most of the thrichs looks grey now...

yup they just getting milky they need more time,when about say 75% are amber,also the plant should appear to be dieng when you harvest thats good it means its using up its final life supports,thats the reason for watering with plain water and flushing it a week or 2 in advanced of harvest as to remove as much nutrients from the soil so it uses its stored up nutrients and will leave you with a better taste so you wont have a bunch of stored up nutrients in it,and salt build up also that can leave you with nasty buds,so just be patient,it will tell you when its done some tall tale signs are the hairs should be dead and cureld up and where they come out of the calyxes will be ripe looking an the trichomes should have a bent mushroom appearance with gold tinge all over.

the first pic looks like a minimum of another 3 or more but if your going for couch lock 4-5 more imho good luck
