a month or two back their was a large thread about what time to harvest day or night? well back then we didnt have the proof it was better to cut in the dark but a few of us new we seen a video or something on the subject that said dark is better.. here is a article on page 42, from high times jan 09 issue on this vary subject. so we can all make cents of it now! oh and for all you who said we didnt know what we were talking about and we were talking out our ass

Just because an article is in HT doesnt necessarly mean its the way to go rather than the way the author writes it. Its kind of like the cannabis cup. Are the winning strains really the best? I'm sure you'll find many disagree with both those topics.

Personally, I harvest just before the lights are scheduled to come on but I really dont think there will be much difference if I did it 2 hours after they came on. Its not like the resin glands go away and lose potency.

Do what works for you.......thats the right way to do it at that time. If you think things can be tweaked to maximize something, then by all means go for it.

For all those that have disrespectful comments....just ignore them. You'll find twice as more willing to help.

ITS SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Why not do something that will only help your harvest!?!?!? im new here on rollitup and man theres so many close minded people out there, every post i have read with someone developing an idea you get like 90 Albert Einsteins and everybody in the world has a botany major and blah blah. All proven methods for growing that are used today im sure were once laughed at and negated as well.

I leave them in darkness for about 24 hours before harvest.

Yeah i'm keeping one of my Bubblegum plants out of the light for 24 hours before choppin'. I also lower the temps slightly during this final dark period.

It has to be kept in darkness 48 hrs-Harvest in the dark(green light if you must)-Hang dry in box in complete dark, jarr it in the dark place jarrs in box to be kept dark,burp in the dark. From all the info i have gathered over the last few months, i try to sift all the methods. I yet have no done this myself for im in my first grow an 4 weeks or so away from this.

top tip for ya guys to boost resin production before you chop use a humidifier in your flower room i did it with my last kush and blue moonshine grow and the resin actually dripped from the cut branches when i chopped it tasted amazing like sweet mary jane honey.

just make sure ur soils completely dry it doesnt matter what time a day it is ur plant is about to die..i give it 30 hours of dark then put the uvb lights i got on em for 12 hours then i harvest...and when i dry i have the humidity at 45 one day then ill lower it to 20 to get more crystals on the buds

or wait no...its gotta b 40%humidity, 65degress and a full moon or it wont b any good hahaha
