whats the best way to dry bud micro wave or just let it hang and dry

Hang dry. You want to dry it as slow as possible without causeing mold to form on the buds. The one good reason behind this is that it brings out the flavors.

I heard that microwaves degrade the THC in the weed, so the potency will go down, not 100% sure on that though.

Heehee, That will heat it up really good! It will come out looking like cooked spinach.

Probably taste like it when smoked, too.

hang dry then out in full sun for 8 hours. then hang dry overnight then out in full sun for 8 hours again. and so on. thats the best way to do it (so some people say)

Microwave weed has next to no potency and it taste like a mix of baked potato and fresh grass out of a farmers field.

Best to just be patient and let it dry.

I already know for a fact though that you will not resist temptation and a small amount will be micro'd just to find out for yourself.

why the hell would you put sacred herb in a microwave

I understand where you're coming from, when I'm out of herb and I got 4 lbs. a week or two away...I cut a bud here and there to "test the potency" as I tell my wife.I cut a 4'' x 4'' piece of brown paper bag (as the moisture leaves the bud the paper absorbs it)and place some cut up buds on it, then put it in the microwave. I cook it for 7-9 seconds about 4 or 5 times. It doesn't seem to loose very much potency cause I'm fuckin' baked right now
