I knw the method of checking the trichomes for ripeness, but in terms of pistils to get a cerebral head, uppy, high, when harvesting do I want there to still be some white hairs on the plant and what percentage? Pretty much, when going for an upper high, are you meanst to harvest while some pistils are still white??( looking for only THC)

It's all dependent on the trichomes, the hairs are only a loose indicator of ripeness. In other words read up on checking your trichs for correct harvest time.

I like my weed that way too. just love that bouncy, 'up' high! yes, that is the way to do it if you haven't got a microscope to check trichs. of course, with that method, it's easy to pick too early and waste 'future' growth. I suggest clipping off one of the underdeveloped buds underneath, quick dry it and go from there...remember, it's underdeveloped, so the upper buds will be more advanced...so, take that into consideration.

hey thanx man. I dont have a 30x one cant find it and with the regular magnifying glass I have, cant tell the color of the trichs, so wadyu suggest I do???. Also if a plant at this point has root rot, should I bother dipping the roots in H2O2??

naw, just don't give it very much water anymore...spray the leaves, but don't get much water on the buds...or any dripping down onto/into the buds. then you'll get bud rot...and the whole grow will be rot, garbage.
