Default Trimmings with trichs on them

When I harvest and trim up my buds, should I keep all the trimmings that have trichomes on them?
There won't be much but my plans are to keep all those leaf parts in a seperate jar and add to it with every harvest. There is good THC in them right?
After a few harvests I figure I can make cannibutter with them. Sound like a plan?

Yeah.. check the FAQ's -- there's a really nice step-by-step on hash making in there. That's my plan...
