ok, i have read a million topics on curing drying , and storing. but, i have many diff strains i have dries for 5-7 days, and have been burping for 2 weeks. i take small taste test, and its harsh, and tastes nothig like great weed. its all greenhouse seed strains. maybe i just need to wait, and keep burping. and also when burping...when do you keep jars sealed withought burping them?

Curing is something that takes a few crops to get the hang of it. You probably need to burp them for a good 3-4 weeks before leaving them sealed for an entire week or longer. I try to burp twice a day for the 1st week, once a day for the 2nd week, once every couple days for the 3rd week then leave it sealed for a week and then check it. I dont care what anyone says, a good cure takes at least a month. You'll see on here more often than not the term "two weeks".

Yes, if you didn't flush your plants, no amount of curing will help.

yea you should have flushed for 2 weeks b4 chopping...also maybe u chopped too early so they didnt get the chance to develop their full taste

Like everyone said, that sounds like a classic case of not flushing or not flushing enough, 2 weeks before harvest. If you did flush how did you flush and with what? I bought some Clearex to flush my girls next month. Just curious, did you flush during your grow?

i did flush for a week or so, on about 3 plants out of 14. i see now that was not efficient enough. the plants that arent done yet have been flushed for two weeks now, and have about a week left before chop. thanks for all the replies. i just used phed tap water for flush. im am in soil, and the pots are very small.

You said you read a lot about curing but maybe reading one more thing might help you some, if it is something you have not already read. If not check it out. It is worth it.

flushing with plain water is a must or ur nug is gonna taste like ferts

yea i flush with distilled water bc there absolutly nothing in it. no minerals, nothing.
