Question does this look ready to harvest
this poor little sativa plant is 9 weeeks flower. it had some problems early on, ph and nute burn. did not grow and the buds did nothing during week 4-6 of flowering. i have never grown any that looked like this. should i start flushing? don't want to harvest at the wrong time.

Not sure if it is ready but most of your hairs look brown... I like to check my trichomes with the 12 dollar scope from radio shack just to be sure...

Something to note is that your leafs look a little curled... This is most likely due to incorrect ph in your soil locking out some nutrients...

It is a little late in flowering to be too concerned but here is how i fix bad ph lockout...

Check the runoff water, the water that runs out the bottom of the pot after water... It is best to start off with clean and ph tested water...

If the water going in was corrected to ph of 6.5 but the water coming out is lower or higher you need to flush with a ph to balance that out...

If for example your runoff water tested to 7 or over you need to flush with slightly or severly LOW ph water...
You will have to do some experimenting to see what works best, start at slightly low 6 to 5 in the case of high ph soil and keep going lower untill your runoff reads corectly at 6.5...

I will flush once with low ph water then test runoff then flush with lower ph as needed...

Once i start getting good runoff water i will flush once more with 6.5 water just to make sure the ph in the soil is stabilized...

Again i would not bother doing it for this plant as it is so close to harvest but keep it in mind as you see that happening in any more grows...
Sometimes your bud leafs (small ones closest to buds) will get mutated as they grow that is natural but for your side leafs (still growing out bud sites but are longer and have 3-5 leafs like the fan leafs) to be anything but FLAT and green is a bad sign... It is especially bad when your fan leafs start curling (the claw leaf) and get zebra stripes of color between the leaf veins... Sometimes the leafs will get exaggerated patterns in them with the zebra stripes, i call this the WASHBOAD leafs...

These are all signs of nutrient lockout usually caused by bad ph in the soil...

Generally when i flush over and over i will use the same water over again unless i know the soil has salt or nutrient buildup that needs to be flushed away...
If that is the case i will flush with clearex first and let that water go down the drain before i start adjusting ph...

Any stress problems with the plant will slow down the time needed to fully mature...

i am sure the ph was way off for a couple of weeks. it was doing alright until a couple of days ago. i have some new plants started. this time i have all my nutes, ph up/down, and hopefully a little better luck this time.
