I am hoping someone can help me out here.
My problem is I am leaving town one week after harvest for two weeks, so my drying/curing routine will need some tweaking. Would I be better off going a tad dryer and then to jars. I will have a solid week to dry, but opening jars every day will not be an option after that. Or option two I was thinking I would dry as usual, and then stick it all in the freezer until I get back and resume curing. Any advice is appreciated. |
