I have been curing for 11 days and i been burping everyday about 1-2 times a day and iam wondering iam i supposed to leave it shut for up to 3 days now and then burp or keep doing the same step?

Depends on how dry they were when you put them in the jars. If you still have condensation in the jar before you burp it keep doing it. If there is no moisture, you should be good to go. I gradually increase the time in the jar without burping. For instance, don't burp it today, burp it tomorrow. Then wait two days to burp again. Then wait another two days. Then wait three days, and so on.

Assuming your twigs snap, they've most likely been in the jars for long enough so that you can go to burping once a week. Just make sure that the surrounding environment is around 40% humidty or less.
