Harvesting. Pics below. Ever since I began making hash with the extras, I get the urge to not trim medium sized buds and just dump them in the hash pile. Trimming is a bitch.

^^ very true. The smaller buds can just have the larger fan leaves removed, and cut the "sugar" leaves to the shape of the bud.
