Hey RIU guys!

This is my first grow and was kind of an experiment to see if I could actually do it. I wasn't aiming to have high yields, as of yet, but to just get some homegrown. I flowered for 55 days and this is my product.

I weighed her with stems and all and it was only 7.8 grams so I am thinking I will end up with 2-3 grams dry. She probably wasn't done fattening up, but I ran out of time and had to cut.

This is just some random bagseed from some good stuff I had back in the day. I have no idea what strain it is, but it appears to be single cola dominant. I have not smoked any of her yet and lookin forward to it after the cure.

I am going to leave her hanging for probably 2-4 days depending on when the outside of the buds get a little crunchy and the stem drys up, but is still bendy. I will keep you guys updated on the smokability and dry weight of her.

I am so happy to finally have made it to my first harvest. I can't wait for my next grow! hint hint I'm considering white berry.. I will definitely have a daily updated grow journal on it.

O ya.. that is my new double chamber bubbler. I don't have a name for it yet, but I am thinking something along the lines of jungle exotic. Inspire me please!! Probabaly all of Eleanor will be smoked out of it

did you veg at all? im growing same deal, bag seed with a 150 and i veged for 19 days. your bud looks potent but im going to try yeild at least over 15grams

omg how much you get from this plant 2-3 g?Nice but small.Try veg about 4-6 weeks then turn 12/12.

I'm proud to say that I will be able to smoke this fine specimen known as Eleanor! You need a better pic of the bubbler though, its kinda blurry

man i think the same motherfucking glass blower made both of our bubblers. i didnt realize it until i brought it home n my wife kept fuckin crackin on me about it, but this dude whos blowin these pieces seems to like making the mouth pieces look like a bent cock, lol. Check this shit out man, same fuckin type of piece -- tell me the same guy didnt blow both pieces man, lol.

Dont make a damn bit of difference to me though, it just makes her jealous -- ima keep stuffin this fucker til my Weedstar bong comes man, lol.

***edit*** after checkin yours out again, i just gotta say dont be mad or jealous man, just cuz mines is ribbed for her pleasure dont mean that its a better piece :P

I just tried her out with a microwave dry today. Surprsingly, it had a very smooth smoke and burned quite nicely. The few hits that I did get got me feelin kinda energetic. She seems to be quite potent and I really enjoy do smoking her again after some curing. I am proud of my small grow and look forward to a larger one next time.

The problem with size here is that she was rootbound in a dixie cup for a while so she never really grew much. I also vegged for first 2 weeks by the window for mega stretching. Ha, it has come a long way..

I wish I could of grown her out longer and probably doubled her size, the main cola was fattening up so much by the day. I am movin out of this place very soon and had to discontinue growing, but that is ok, I will still enjoy what I have.

great job bro, sitting here reading this this morning enjoying breakfast kinda gave me a ray of hope and inspiration for the future of nonviolent cultivators. Next grow you do think about a 4 plant sog style grow( look it up if you are unfamiliar). just veg the seedlings for 7days then go 12/12. you only get single colas and low weight but its made up for it by the number of plants. for instance if you have 2sq ft you can grow 6-8 plants side by side relatively small and low. they will yeild 7-10 grams each if you take good care of them. rather than 2 plants with the extended wait of vegging time and manicuring lower limbs. in sog you clear away lower limbs because you are focusing on the top. i think this would be perfect for you.

my next grow is gonna be to this style. PM in the future if you decide and we can coordinate grows at similar times

Thanks man. I have read a good bit about sog grows and not sure if it is for me. Don't you have to use clones so they all grow the same to do that? It is a great method that has a lot of potential, but I am not soo sure about this whole cloning business. I will be growing the white berry strain next time and hope to have 2 plants going. I am estimating that there will be about 50ish watts of CFL's and fluoros surrounding them with a 150w HPS over top. The white berry are single cola dominant and fast at flowering. I will prob veg them for about a month and switch over. Now all I need is the 4+ months to grow these babies out. All in time I suppose..

If you begin a grow you may spark my interest. Definitely keep a grow journal or something and give me the link. I'll be on the lookout.

I also looking forward to havin a daily updated grow journal in the next grow. I think growing is really neat and having a legit journal should be really fun.
