My flower and herb dryer uses a small fan placed at the bottom of the box to draw in room temp air from the top and expell it out the bottom. Would bubble hash dry faster in this environment?

No, because if you are drying it correctly, you have it basically powdered into small pieces, as close to individual trics as you can get. If you put that inside, you will blow them all over the place. Just let them dry natural and they will taste a lot better and shouldn't blow around as much..make sure your windows are closed and the fan is off. Putting it on cardboard is the fastest way I have found to dry it. Try a little at a time. It is not dry until it bubbles. It will smoke when it is wet and taste great, but it may mold if it is not dry.

i acctually press it then put it close to my MH without crumbling it up and Ive never had mold. I usually let it sit for 6-7 hours and by then its usually dry. I had some girls come over the other night wanting hash so I thought I could put in the flower dryer to speed up the drying.
