I have 2 plants that i harvested 4 days ago. I have them hang drying in my closet. With the door cracked open a little bit and a fan pointing directly in there. They seem like they are close to being completely dried they feel crispy. I also smoked some and it gets me blown just no taste and i can only smell it if i grind it or on my fingers from packing it. From what i could smell it smells fire. The one plant really stunk before i chopped it but now it seems to have lost its smell. I am about to move them to jars. Is that going to help the smell. If someone can help i would really appreciate it, cause I have 5 others to harvest this week and I dont want to mess those up.

the jar curing will increase the smell, its quite normal to lose the smell after harvest. as for taste im not sure. the jars might help that but hey if it gets you stoned then you have succeeded no matter what the taste/smell (as long as it doesnt taste horrible or smell like hay)

yeah all that dank smell will come back in the jars,but if you feel like there getting to moist than throw them in paper bags for a day or two them put back in jars after they fill right,you will see,good luck!!!pics?

the jar makes the difference...i found that out...i had most of mine in the jar it came out better then the shit that air dried

cure it up in mason jars for a couple of weeks and the smell will begin to return...

I dont have glass jars yet. But I do have plastic sealed containers will that work?

Yes those will work, but get some glass soon they are cheap at walmart

Curing doesnt have to be done in class, you just need air tight, with no light. Whether or not the container leaves a smell a different story.
