I got some really dry bud is there a way to bring some moisture into it without getting mold or rot?

There are a number of good ways... my favorite is to put some fresh, undried homegrown buds in with it for a day or so - or just some undried leaves will work. If you don't have that, then take a piece of fresh orange or lemon peel and seal it up with the weed. It does not take long and be careful not to get your dry bud too wet.

You can safely remoisten pot but it won't be as good as prior to overdying. Certain aromas and flavors will fade of change, though potency should be unneffected.

give it a spray from a water bottle from about 200 feet away so you get the only enough to very very slightly condense

then just do it like your curing wait till it condenses let the air get to it and so on. bare in mind this is just a theory but it could work

I know you can put an orange peel in a bag along with the bud to remoisten it but I don't know what the negatives to that are but it does work.

you will have to be uber careful if you leave veg or fruit in there been taking to a guy who got mold on his blueberry from a lemon

A leaf of lettuce in the bag works very nicely--no odor.
