So i was wondering if too much heat during drying bad for the plant ? Im asking because im using an old speaker box for my drying closet being that i only have one small plant its all wood took out the speakers covered up all the holes to eliminate anylight and im setting up a small heater with a man made cardboard built vent filling the speaker box with the hot air so wondering if it gets too hot in there would it be bad for my lil lady ?

you are trying to dry it faster by using a heater? i think your buds' smokability might change if you dry them fast like that.. i would just let them dry normally without a heater..

i was told use a heater to dry them so can i use a fan im not in a rush at all to dry them i want it at its best i actually started it with the heat for about 25 min before i noticed it was a bad idea the bud seems very mosit what should i do?

i would scrap the heater idea..

you just want them in a dry, dark place for a few days to a week before it all goes into jars.. the buds will feel crisp and firm - when the stems snap - it is dry - almost too dry..

its a small plant maybe about and oz prob just under that so im wondering if i have dry as long i have it hanging upside down inside this old speaker box as i said its def very dark in there smell great after being in there over night i did leave a few fan leaves dont ask y i felt the tri's might some how dry from the fan leaves and sprinkle on the bud once they die they actually scared the crap outta me today when i went to look at the plant make sure it was doing ok i saw these almost black leaves drooping around my bud it looked like my plant was plastic and it al melted didnt take very long at all for those fan leaves to dry out and die i hope my bud is doing ok fells kinda crisp im worried i wont know what they suppose to feel like once its done as i said i no ppl say leave it drying a few days but im curious if thats onna be the same case being that this is such a small plant and its drying in a small place as well what you think?

it will only take a few days - the buds will feel crispy on the outside and firm inside - not squishy like when they first hung up..
