Question Can I Pick The Buds Ripen?

The hairs on my plants are already turning reddish-brown all the while side branches are still growing in along the lower stem and budding. Since plants ripen from top to bottom, can I pick the buds as they ripen so the lower buds can mature? If so, how can I without killing the plant?

Yes if they are mature cut um off and start them drying and curing let the other grow and brown if u like i seen it done in seemorebud

Cool. But do I cut? For instance, where would I cut the main cola at? And do I just cut the whole stem that the buds are on?

Its ok to harvest what is ripe and wait for the rest to ripen. Cut the branch down to the ripest bud. No science behind that.

Yes, but the less damage you do to the plant the better. Cut the buds, or the stem off wherever you like to allow more light and energy go to the lower buds. They wont get as big or as good as the main cola etc but they will gain some size. Just be cautious and use common sense.

either way you can harvest a lil bit at a time, just make sure that you do not cut off more than 50% of the plant at any one time. late
