ok... supposedly my three plants are northern lights....

plant 1, the tallest lankiest with smallest buds hardly has a scent to it
plant 2, the smallest medium width medium bud has a great weed smell to it
plant 3, the medium height fat ass bud jumped from white hairs to red hairs at the base of the bud has a strong odor, doesnt smell like normal weed, and in a way, smells bad...

all three have... im guessing clear trichomes ... def not amber trichomes... i wanted to know:

1. why the smells of the all northern lights (presumably) have three different smells
2. why my healthiest plant doesnt really smell good, and has red hairs
3. what milky trichomes for that hyper high look like

ps... best place to look for trics are...?

pistils? leaves around bud location? deep in the bud?

ps... i just tried to take a sample from my bud... and pulled 1/5th of the bud out....

can i throw that little piece in a cardboard box and let it dry?

Feck, when I smelled my plant I thought there was something wrong. But I let everything just happen. Then when I harvested it smelled like hay I fecking paniced, during curing it smelled like fecking pickles and shit. Final product lightly scented weed with strong high. As far as the Trich wait till 50 to 60% amber, then cut. That's what I did.
