it looks ready for picking to me, most if not all of the hairs i can see have ambered most of the way.

it also does look like your plants got seeds. it looks more like a hermie to me but if you have others them i would go through them to look for a hermie or a male somewhere. good luck harvesting and curing,

oh and picking a test bud seems like it would be pointless cuz youde have to dry it before you could smoke it, and by that time he may lose his plant to the weather, at least if he properly cured it.
