I think that if they were nice long buds you should grab it by the stem at the end and turn it without touching the actual bud itself, you don't want to get all of the glands on your hands. If they are smaller buds you might want to use some long tweezers or something like that, at one cannabis club I went to they used chopsticks to handle the bud, I was very impressed with the way they handled their buds.

yeah, but you can leave a small 1/4 inch stem so that you can turn it and handle it without rupturing the thc glands.

i would say dump em out on a piece of paper and then poor them back in. do you have a big jar that leaves a little room? if you put a bunch of small buds in a bigger jar with extra room in it all you should have to do is open it a few times every day. that is the best way to cure it. but befor you put it in a jar you should dry them out just sitting out on a plate or something till they get a little crunchy, then put em in the jar.
what this does is dry out the outside of the bud alot and when you put it in the jar it spreads the moisture from the center of the buds to the outside of the buds, this is curing. it makes harsh weed like a hundred times better in like one week!
