hey guys, harvest is coming in a couple of weeks for me so I need to start pepping for harvest. There is no way possible that I can dry the bud at my house, and as of now, I don't want any of my friends to know im growing aswell (hence if I dried it at their house) so im left with the option of drying outdoors. Im planning on using one of those real big rubbermaid tubs. I see at boaters world all the time these plastic cups filled with drying crystals for dehumidifying the inside of boats; i was thinking that I would just put like a cup or two of these crystals in the rubbermaid box, then I would get a small pc fan and hook it up to a small battery and the outside of the rubermaid would be vented aswell to dry quicker. Im thinking that this should dry it in 3-5 days which would be perfect because I don't want all of my bud clipped in two locations (probably a good safety to have two dry boxes incase anything happend to one of them). I think this is kinda a crazy idea but it might work. I need your guys input on ideas for this thing. Any tips some of you might have?
