i am a new grower and im wondering for harvest if what i plan on doin is correct

1. chop the plant cut all branches seperate
2. cut all fan leaves off
3. tie strings across teh top of a box and hang buds into box
4. cut hold on the side with fan on low blowing in
5. cut hold on the other side with fan on low blowing out...wait about 10 days or until the stem snaps then manicure with scisors and put in a jar for another week

ANY HELP?

I cut all fans leafs off then next day before lights on I harvest. First I cut a branch off then hang it upside down for easy triming, I take off all bud leaf and save it for butter and all small buds too. I snip one branch off at a time to make it easy. I manicure before drying, then Hang to dry less thatn one week I check on the 4th day and then again everyday from there. Once dry (stem break) I jar in a mason jar (cure) for 2 weeks - 4 weeks. Opening jar three times a day for first week, then once or twice a day second week. Third week should be completely dry.

plant doesnt see light for three days in a dark room, then they get the axe and hung upside down, i slowly trim off leaves one by one after three days for another day or two, then I cure in a jar for a 2 weeks opening it for air twice a day

Why 3 days in the dark? It only takes 12 hrs or less for all sugars to go down to roots? Are you doing this for another reason? Do share.

what if i were to cut the branches off a outdoor crop? would you just cut the branches and than bring them in and hang them in the dark for a day or two?

that is not true, when you leave it lightless for 3 days the plant senses a need for survival and uses the last of its nutrients. The sugars get dissolved when slowly cut off each branch.

If your just cutting off branches no need for dark, the whole plant then yeah

hello~ so let me get this ting strait.. so what you do before drying is..~ you cut off all the fanleaves and only leave the buds in the plant, then leave it in the dark for three days, and then chop chop chop them off to dry them for about a weeek or so..? am i correct? pleasee correct me ~ thank you so much in advance!! this is the part where i most did not understand
