k, maybe a real newb question here, but i just did a jock horror harvest the other day. i planted these around the first week of june, and i cut them early, because i want this smoke to be a pure head high.

my question is about trimming the smaller flower leaves, the ones that are nicely powdered with trichs. i'm not looking to make hash, so i thought i'd leave them on. does this detract from the quality of the smoke? i'm aiming for pure head high quality smoke here, but it just seems like a waste to cut them off and throw them away.

anyone got any suggestions?

oh yeah, and here's some pics of these babies. i've got one monster plant and one midget hanging to dry. second pic is with my hand for size reference.

they look nice. if i was u, id just cut the smaller leafs off. u cant really use them for anything except for hash.

but that's the thing - if they've got trichs on them, why can't i smoke em?

U can. it just wont get u as high as the bud. infact, will hardly get u high, thats why most ppl make hash out of the trimmings.

the leafs wil take away from the taste of the nugs.

Leafs also slow the dry process,and they don't taste that good,cut as close to the buds as you can then make some hash,or some edibles
