I was thinking about trying it with a couple of freinds because of everything i heard about it, is it really worth it??or is it just one of those shitty saliva trips??i haven't tried acid yet but i heard they are similar and that you really enjoy music.

its pretty crazy. uncomfortably crazy at points. if you want to try it just to experiment, go for it. as long as you don't mind puking once or twice, don't mind the taste of cough medicine, have some pot, and you take the right dosage, it'll be memorable. I have a friend who was sort of addicted to it for a while...it was not a pretty sight.

it's sort of worth trying if you're into experimenting and trying new things.

DXM is one of the oddest drugs.
as long as you approach it right its not bad.
I'd say that you should only do it if you have a free day or are used to being on drugs around people because its an experience.
The thing about dxm is its not like bud which puts you in a mood and allows you to vibe
DXM is a pretty strong dissociative and it sort of removes you from everything.
Its crazy fun.. I did it all through high school but, its definately got downsides which are:
1.not being able to eat for a couple of hours (you will through up)
2. loss of coordination
3.you have to detox the drugs out of your system
4. everyone thats done dxm gets sick of cough syrup and pills

if you can get over that then try it because its a very odd experience and it feels very natural despite being (obviously) not.


oh yeah and its nothing like acid

dxm=dissociative

I once drank 3 bottles of couch syrup and was fucked up for three days.. ended up going to hospital coz I was scared I fucked myself up permanently.

Don't do it man its totally not worth it.. Unless your experienced in the chems or your friend is i would not do, it its not something to play around with.. plus if you do a little one day then the next think that you can do more just remember that stuff can still be in your system and can make you OD.. Be safe and try to use cough medicine for what it was intended to be used as.. Sorry if you feel like i may be trying to bust your balls but it really was not my best experience and i was just trying to help & keep you out of the ER..

hes got a point its best to do it with someone thats done it before or at least knows what's up. I had to figure out how to do DXM on my own and its not fun. just follow the erowid rules for doing drugs and everything will go fine
1. know your drug
2.know yourself
3.know your dealer
4.have a sitter if it's something new
