Freeze precipitate, you'll end up with a more pure end product. Then, you can evaporate the left over solvent.

that one seem so much easier i'm trying it now along with afew others, so the DMT is collected in the naphtha i was under the impression that it was in the solvent, any help understanding it better.

p.s I hope this makes sense cause i just tried my dried poppy extracted and i'm feeling pretty good.

I tried an a/b extraction on seem kratom leaves but discarded the naphtha and was left with a yellowish brown extract, and the same goes for my first dmt extraction but the second one is going great I've been watching the crystals grow.

If you got rid of the naptha and evaporated the basified water all you have is BAD. Taste a little bit of the stuff you are evaporating, if it taste like table salt you messed up, save the naptha and discard the water at the end next time. Are your crystals forming lines or circle patterns?

circles, I thought that so i discarded all of it. now I'm awaiting my lsa extraction the seeds it self where pretty potent, and I got another batch of dmt cooking up while reading uncle fester's Advanced Techniques. the first tek I learned from erowid was so confusing I didn't know what to evp at all I got to the final step and went what do i do now, I had dcm and naphtha and didn't know where to go from there i guess the naphtha would be what i wanted but I like I said I was left with a brownish yellow crystle so knowing that isn't dmt i discarded. I like the other one you showed me way better. It's soooo much easier can't wait to try the final product you did say it will be purer your way, right?

got a whole new way that I'm trying using xylene as the solvent then naphtha to extract
