5 days and all 4 jars look good. I inoculated 2 the jars about an hour ago. below are the pictures of the wrong jars (lil ones 4 oz) right ones (big one 8 oz)the temp in the INCUBATION tub @84 deg so far so good...

84F is on the high side. jars might get condensation. high temp speeds growth a little but also dries out the cake faster. 80F is high enough. set a heater at 80F and get 78F in the tub.

some winter mushrooms, at 64-65F, colonized and fruited kinda slow, but it happened.

high temperature also speeds up growth of contaminants, if jars get green spots, you'll know.

me and my friend grew some B+ shrooms in his mycogarden 3n1. we ordered from spores101.com and grew them over a period of 7 weeks and produced nice fruiting shrooms. they were only grown for profit tho the trip they produced was good. it was our 1st time also so hope they turn out good 4 u to. much luck!

ok before any thing is said i DID move the jars out of the cooler and into a black trash bag in my garage. no sweating in side the jars, NASH again thank u

aluminum foil on the lids? you can take it off, the jars need to breath.

did you poke a few holes in the lids?

foil is removed now / yes 4holes in each
