opiates are bad, recently quit them and cigs to, crazy hard, i usually find that smoking a nice blunt helps. and i occasionally drink a beer or two every now and then and its been getting me by, good luck.

My brother in law lives with us . he was a slave to them ,(perc's,vic,oxy) he was in a bad crash .. He is now on methadone .. It helps him alot and he dont "withdraw" If your in pain an NEED the meds ask your Dr for methadone instead .Its alot cheaper too.. If you were abusing them to ""GET HIGH"" then Dont do it and you wont suffer .. But yet I feel you bro ..I know its hard .. Try to sleep as much as poss.. drink some NYQUILL..

Opiate withdrawal SUCKS. I have been there and done that and it sucks so bad...

I'd rather kick any of that shit than methadone. Talk about a long drawn out process!
A little weed seems to help for a few minutes. I don't think there's a drug-free remedy for relief.
