i went shrooming yesterday and we got like 40 of them (there the kind that grows in cow shit) so when we got them we would wobble the cap around or give it a little flick so the spores fall on the shit so more will grow then we just broke them at like the bottom of the stem after a little while they would bruise up and change there color a little but after that we went to my house and me and 1 of my friends ate like 10 pretty big caps each then waited like 30 minutes and didnt feel shit so then we smoked like 6 blunts got high as fuck and still didnt trip at all so we each ate like 10 more caps and waited another hour and didnt feel shit does anyone know why we didnt trip at all? im positive there the right ones because me and a friend got like 8 each of the same ones last time and we tripped hard does anyone know why i didnt trip that time? did we pick them wrong or something?

the same thing happened to my buddies, it turned out they were picking the wrong ones! are you sure you know what to look for? they are golden brown with a pruple skirt, don't pick the tall white ones or the squatty ones that look like they have warts. You can build up a tolerance to shrooms real fast, wait at least a week before tripping again. take some pics of the shrooms you picked. You do understand that not all mushrooms that grow in cowshit are the ones that make you hallucinate?

if it's mostly dry, it tastes like dirt. i've eaten a bit over the years near the gulf coast.

i don't know for sure, but if the cow pissed on it and it's still wet, it would probably taste like piss. it smells like piss anyhow

If you didn't trip...there wasn't psilocybin in the mushrooms...which means they weren't the right mushrooms...which means you ate some mysterious mushroom...which as most people should know can cause death if you eat the wrong thing. The only people that should be doing mushroom hunting are expert mycologists. Especially if they're going to be used for consumption.

I agree, sounds like you got the wrong shrooms, theres a lot that look alike and you shouldnt be eating them if you dont know what your doing, you could easily die since over 80% of all shrooms are poisonous. Its best to learn from someone with experience. I had a friend get the wrong ones, she couldnt move for hours and pissed and shit her pants before someone took her to the hospital, had she not gone to the emergency room she'd be dead.

Yea that was pretty damn stupid. You should never pick your own mushrooms unless you have an experienced mycologist or mushroom expert with you.
