So for my second time doing shrooms, my friend suggested that I make it into a tea. I found a bunch of different recipes online, but this was the one I tried:

1) Grind up the shrooms
2) Boil water in a kettle
3) Put the shrooms in the water, let it steep for 15min
4) Strain the shrooms out, pour the tea into cups, and add whatever teabags you want to make the taste better. (I used green tea teabag and honey)

I had 4g of shrooms, and I used two cups of water. I'm not sure if that ratio is right or not, but yeah.

Anyways, so once I drank it almost immediately it started to kick in. I was giggling and hallucinating, but it wasn't intense at all. After maybe half an hour to an hour (Im not really sure I wasnt keeping track of time) the trip was done. Like, I wasn't completely sober, but I wasn't high either - I felt like I was expecting something. I don't know what, but thats the best I can describe it. Afterwards we ended up blazing, and it kind of triggered the shrooms again. Like I was outside in a ravine and it felt like I was in a video game/cartoon and it was fucking awesome! But again, it wasn't that intense. It just seemed like a weed high but a bit more intense then a weed high. But yeah, then my friend's girlfriend started being really whiney, annoying and attention seeking and it just killed it.

But anyways, I was wondering if there was a better way to make the tea because when I did feel anything, it wasn't intense at all and it didn't last long either. Also, was the ratio of water to shrooms right? Like two cups for 4g? Does that even matter?

heat kills the magic in mushies... u dont need boiling water to make a good tea.
just warm water and some honey should end up with a crazy blue tea.

We always put the shrooms in pantyhose(filter) and bring it to a boil.Then make whatever drink you want...
ps: boiling the shrooms didnt take away anything from our buzz, just as soon as it almost boils take it off the heat...

Yea i actually don't see that big of a difference when boiling shrooms.
