Does anyone know if these are psychedelic and if they are ok to eat? i think they are inky caps cause they r turning to mush and has black spores that rub off easy.. good or bad to eat? the stem wont bruise blue it stays white

as stickydankherb said, the psychoactive shrooms bruise blue when you squeeze them.
even then i'm not sure if there are any bad shrooms that bruise blue as well.

So a newb who has hunted shrooms and has a bunch of great edible mushrooms should just throw them away instead of asking a more expirienced person who could possibly postively identify them as edible pscyedelic mushrooms? Instead they should throw them away because they had to ask? You should change what you said.. instead of "if you have to ask about it dont eat it" chage that to "if you cannot positively identify it and nobody else can either then dont eat it". If you ask somebody who can ID the shroom as being edible and they say it is safe to eat, then fuckin eat it! Dont throw it away cause you asked somebody more expirienced. Maybe he will ask a mycologist and find out for sure but if he takes your advise then as soon as he considers asking the mycologist if they are edible, your advise is to throw them away since he had to ask. So basically im saying that your post is retarded.
