So I got some mushrooms and I'm just waiting for the weather to warm up before I try them out. I've done acid so I think I'm pretty set mentally, but there's one thing I had a question about.

What is the best eating routine beforehand? I'm not a fan of vomit, I will if I must, but what are some good things to do beforehand to decrease the need to? Like how long should I eat before I eat them? Is it better on a full or empty stomach? Any other suggestions would be good too. Thanks.

i always eat shrooms on an empty stomach, i hear it hits you harder and faster that way.

people usually vomit cause the shrooms make them get stomach aches, not cause it tastes weird, but i never have. i've felt like throwing up a few times but just avoided it until i hit my peak.

wait like 6 hours after you eat food, to eat the shrooms. then just kick back and wait, you'll notice pressure and tingling in the back of your head/neck area, that's when you know it's coming.

shrooms are way different then cid. more relaxing and spiritual i guess, you probably will love it!

I like to make a tea, it cuts down on the stomach aches and hits you really fast like 15 minutes if you put sugar in the tea

yea achilles is right, if u want the soaring high eat a nice meal 4-6 hours before you ingest the shrooms, that way you have energy to sustain the trip. The swirling ball of energy pulsating from your core will need some fuel. i reccomend if your a 1st timer to dilute the shrooms instead of eating them raw. a good tea or a shake works. if your not lactose intolerant, put the caps in a coffee grinder and then mix them into a big, chocolate milkshake...........killer!
i usually just eat them but....my wife had a great idea. she grinds the caps, then takes fat gel-cap pain killers and breaks them apart, empties the pain killer out of the caps and stuffs the grinded caps into the gel-caps and swallows them...works great!

well said. also I've never done acid so I can't really compare the two.. but I love the intense body high that comes with shrooms that I don't think you get with acid.
