amanitas are mroe poisonous and they have amanita demons who will come kill you if you eat t hem for the wrong reason

ive also been wondering this, i know they contain different chemicals but i cant find anywhere what specifically the difference in the experiences is

ok i dont mean to be "that guy", but i have read expereinces on erowid and still cant seem to figure out for sure. ive taken pscylobin before so i know what its like. all i can guess is amanita doesnt cause the visuals and is more of a body high? anyone with expereince can chime in

aminita muscari can be very poisonous, why anyone would take them when there are much safer options, is beyond me..

(Dont take this as fact i've only known about this mushroom as a euthogen for a few days. This is just what ive discerned over the past few days and am trying to help out those who dont have the "time" to fully reaserch what they are putting into their body's )

Amanita Muscaria CAN be poisonous and land you in the ER, the main chemicals inside is called ibotenic acid(a toxin) and muscimol(what makes you trip{also a toxin }). Drying the mushrooms or cooking them at low temperatures ( less than 180F i think)converts some of the ibotenic acid to muscimol thus making the "negative" effects less intense. But most of the people that are taken to the ER for "muscaria poisoning" find that the only thing they can do to is to wait it out; spending uneeded money and wasting your(not to mention the hospital officials) time and give you a really bad "trip".

there have only been 2 reported deaths from A.muscaria that ive found (one child, one adult) both of them were eating the caps raw(and quite alot of them like 20+ in the case of the adult; he died about 4 hours later from a heart malfunction) which i would not recommend though some people say it "gets you off" more.

(on a side note i dont recommend any dose since i have yet to experience this mushroom. But ive heard anywhere from 1-15grams dried)
Though i still have yet to try A.muscaria i did order some and they are on the way and will tell you how i liked them.

btw. untill 4 days ago i belived A.muscaria to be deadly poisonous because that's what all of my family told me all my life, and all of the information i have gathered was not hard to find just hit google and type in "Amanita Muscaria" and a world of new information will wash over you. Just be careful if you decide to pick it for yourself....(in all honesty to me they dont seem to have any lookalikes but i pay attention to the smallest details).......or you might end up with a Amanita phalloides - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia or a

which would suck.

the next step up from muscaria is one called A.PantherinaAmanita pantherina - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Which is said to have alot more potency but people actually die sometimes from eating that one.
Alot of people really dont like that one since it looks so similar to

and

whose edibilty are questionable.

well i got the A.Muscaria in the mail today, Grade A Oregon caps(They were out of washington caps >.<) took them about an hour and a half ago (1 medium sized cap and 1/2 of a small size cap.
have not noticed any real effects yet, things seem a tiny bit more vibrant and my stomach feels floaty course that just could be the THC i added into the experience

Felt a little drunk last night without the "stupid drunk feeling" (basically i was really happy and my equilibrium was off) but i simmered the medium cap and diddnt eat the pieces of the mushroom that were in the water (i tried and gag'ed multiple times so i gave up) so i ate half of a small cap about an hour after i downed the tea.

Gonna go over to a freinds and do it for real tonight (or maybe just later today)

said freind actually has a scale lol so im thinking 10-15g split between the 2 of us; i'll let ya know how it went

Well, all i can say for muscaria is it gives you a great relaxing body high, no visuals whatsoever. Nor any synthesithisia(sp?) seeing sound/hearing color etc.. still have an afterglow effect.(took them at 3:00pm)
i took 10g dry chewing them up really good before i ate them my friend took 5g neither of us could really tell anything was happening untill 2 hours after we consumed them, but i dont think ill be buying any more muscaria; if anything ill just pick it fresh (people seem to have better results that way) no need to waste money.

Hell, maybe i should have drank my urine like the inuits did/do {GROSS!!!} lol maybe i would have had a better time
Oh, and i had 0 negative side effects.....sweating/nausia etc....

I bought them from bouncing bear botanicals if it matters

on the whole i definately prefer psylocibin containing mushrooms.

and just a warning....i found a shroom in the bag that contained the muscaria that is DEFINATELY not A.Muscaria (medium sized solid brown cap, no warts) needless to say i have not and will not consume said specimen.
and every single one of the caps was broken in some way......and im fairly certain that on at least one of them a gnat larve or a slug had chewed a hole in one of the caps.....

so as a whole not too enlightning of an experience.
