I'm interested in doing some experimentation with the lesser-known psychadelics and i'm having difficulty determining if fly agaric can be found in the northeast or further down on the coast.. all i've gotten is that fly agaric grows on the continent. any help would be appreciated.
ps i know you can get it online but i'm in college (read: i'm broke)

i've tried a few different things from iamshaman, occasionally they give you something random for free, or speed up your shipping, but its a very respectable buisness, never had a problem with any of my orders.

compared to psilocybin shrooms how is the trip? something similiar? different?

They're actually out there, but not as abundant as they might be in the Northwest. I've only seen one in the Midwest, for example, in my lifetime.

Ask a local mushroom hunter who is sympathetic toward psychonauts to help you out. They generally know where these mushrooms are, and Fly Agaric is of little use to most of them aside from looking pretty and tripping pretty. They're far more interested in the edibles. And be sure to fry 'em up a bit to reduce the amount of ibotenic acid and help convert it to a little more muscimol. Don't do too much.
