How do i get a hold of some Human grade GBL ? By human grade i mean something that is not meant to be used as a floor cleaner

Illegal in USA as of 1999. So if you're here. Go to the streets. + I know nothing of the production of it. Anarchist cookbook might have it. I havent been on that since like 7th grade

Never, ever use the Anarchist's Cookbook for anything. Some of the things contained in there are downright false and dangerous... A few of their "recipes" work, but many have been modified depending on the version you're reading (and there are several of them). The text is at the very least misleading, and most a veritable deathtrap.

Conversion to GHB requires some extensive knowledge of kitchen chemistry and working with caustic chemicals... Which means you need the proper safety equipment. It's one of the easier conversions, but as the other posters have said, GBL is now strictly regulated in the United States and in many EU member countries due to it being a precursor. It isn't, as far as I know though, illegal. Just risky to get without drawing attention to yourself, and you'll probably pay an arm and a leg to get it. Not to mention the lye...
