I am growing in a manure and rye mixture. Doe sthat sound right? I am not a pro at this, but i really want to get good. I am using the substrate bags(5 lbs). I am thinking about just purchasing one of those myco chambers as seen here

So you used Rye as your spawn material and you spawned it(Rye) to the manure?*sounds better*
That chamber is a waste of $$$$$$ when you can accomplish the same thing with a $5.00 plastic container from Wally-World and a $3.00 bag of Perlite.
Just wet the Perlite and place it inside the plastic bin(evenly across the bottom) and set your casing ontop of the perlite, close lid-then fan and mist daily=that's the cheapest and best method(IME).
