Shrooms are dirt cheap, plus, you can't grow acid...

Shroom trips are much better anyway. They're warmer, happier, and for me the visuals have always been much deeper and more beautiful.
I've done both plenty of times, and I can't think of one good thing about acid that isn't better with shrooms. And if you can't handle a little tummy ache for half an hour, maybe you shouldn't do either...

I'm sorry for not reading the entire thread before posting.

You said that you've done mescaline. Shrooms will provide a very similar trip to mescaline.

The mescaline I have tried was not the hallucinatory substance from the peyote cactus. Back home it was sold as pcp mixed with some other stuff. A depressant. Did not give a satisfactory trip/buzz, so I only tried it once

My advice on shrooms is to be sure of the people you're doing them with, only good friends who you know are solid. I can't do them anymore after a particularly bad experience on 15g of hawaiins in the Dam, I won't go into too much detail but the friend I had reservations about more or less had a psychotic episode; a hotel room was trashed, ppl were attacked (us, ever restrained someone while tripping?) and a 3rd storey window had to be closely guarded for the night. Traumatic.

Shrooms are so cheap and easy to grow, they can be sold at top dollar but only an idiot would buy them when it cost like 15 dorra to order psychoactive spores on the net that can grow like 100...

Thats very true, i dont believe those are considered shrooms, but they are identical to them and they can kill you. As ive read before, before you try any halucinatory substance you should research it, adn then and only themn if you confortable with it try it. Because of bad trips and wat not. I just shroomed for the first time last weekend. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. 2g in the redwood forest with good friends, only way to go. Only herb before that.

yep! when Ido them in any real amount, it becomes a spiritual experience where I HAVE to be with nature...not in some smoke(tobacco) filled party! also on heavy doses, I go through a not so flattering period of introspection..it only lasts about 1/2 hr. my fav' though is the background patterns...some streching back millenia in one's personal ancestry(explains a lot of patterns seen in artwork, like celtic, aborigine,mesoamerican,etc.).
