I read somewhere online that shrooms could be grown using cow manure? any truth to this and if so how would i go about culivating? Im new into magic mushroom growing and any help would be appreciated

Yes, but I believe horse manure is better.
Go to shroomery.org and read their growfa front to back. Every detail you need to know is in there.
