It would depend on where you live. Certain strains like certain climates.

A lot of newbies buy into the B+ strain, I'd probably go with something different. Look into Creeper, I believe that's a quick growing strain that produces nice size fruits.

Although you could control every bit of the climate for the mushrooms, it is no easy task. You are basically guaranteed growth, but, if certain conditions are off by even the slightest bit, you could be stuck with some tiny caps.

If I were you I'd hop on over to shroomery and read up there. They have a plethora of knowledge on this subject and can definitely guide you in a good direction.

Try to find a strain that produces larger mushies, because they REALLY don't weigh out at all. IF you get a smaller producing strain, expect most mushrooms to only weigh about .2 grams dry, which really sucks.

Also, don't follow the PF tek, cakes suck. Some people have really good luck with them, but you can still get more just from casing a few jars.

Definitely look into casing and don't look back. Your flushes will flow fast and you can make it so you're flushing once or twice a week forever really.

How much room do you have to do this in exactly?

Shroomery - From syringe to print using rye

Probably one of the best guides out there.
Read it first, but keep in mind there are a few things in it that are unnecessary.

Thanks for the link Option. I’ve been reading like crazy, I see I have a lot of decisions to make, it’ll take some time but you pointed me in the right direction.
