I've heard of natural ecstasy, made from the roots of some kind of sassafras tree or something. Never heard of anyone actually having it or anything though. It's MDMA it's just extracted from the plant instead of cooked up.

I'm not sure what you're talking about exactly, but I would guess that it's a mix of semi-psychedelic herbal extracts. Things like crocus, cebil, damiana, passionflower, and/or various LSAs. I'm sure they do something, but it's likely weak. Know what you're taking before you take it. If your friend is offering it to you for free, there's probably a reason he can't move it.
