Can you make a pressure cooker but Takeing a large pot with a lid and putting seperateing the jars from the bottom of the ban and just boil it for an hour an just leaving the lid on to steam??
Sorry i dont really get what a pressure cooker does. someone help

no. you need pressure to get the temperature higher (to sterilize your jars for shrooms, right). water boils at 212 deg F with no pressure and will never get any hotter no matter what because it boils off
NOW... seal that beotch up so it holds 15psi and now you're cooling at like 257 deg F.

theres NO way to seal a regular pot for 15 psi. it's toally unsafe. take a look at MY PC;

see those hardcore thumb screws all the way around it? you cant do that to a pot. you don't want to try either unless you want the metal shrapnel of a pot in your forehead. ha ha

just buy a pc man. it doesn't have to be huge like mine either. target has them for like 30 bucks i think.

But im going to go with a pc, just save up money a buy one,
thats what im doing though im going with a presto 16 or over qt
PC.

but i just found a video on growing shrooms and it says that you can use a regular pot and lid to sterilize. go to youtube and search for ''Lets grow shrooms'' and watch all 4 parts.

i have watched everything on there on shrooms and weed. trust me. You CAN do it, you can also grow weed in a pile of of dog shit but it's gonna cause problems. Theres nothing wrong with doing it right. and when it comes to shrooms they are VERY sensetive to sterilization or the lack thereof so you're better safe than sorry. unless you want to watch your shrooms mycellium mature for a month just to be contaminated in the end and you'll have to throw it all away.
