me and my buddy started these a few weeks ago, i forgot what kind they are....all of his molded up and died and my first batch did too, these were 2 days behind my first batch. i dont want the same thing to happen here so are these tall ones ready to be picked.....i would say no but i dont know how tall this species gets. some of the heads look like they might be puffed out....any advice will help thanks

now my buddy tells me he did one thing wrong, so these will die too im sure....we are trying again soon so ill update u when i get some good ones

thats not a great species. you should get like psilocybe cubensis b+ strain. those are easy and potent.

Those are like less potent and harder to cultivate.

those look like some type of copelandia to me. maybe even the same one i'm growing. and they are much more potent than the b+. have you taken them yet?

i was just looking at this thread and am now interested in growing some shrooms. what would i need to get to make this happen and from where? how can you get shrooms that will actually make you trip in the u.s.?

so what is it you think your buddy did wrong? what substrate did you use? i'm about to grow some and would like to hear more from you. by the way the picture I posted was just for reference, not mine.

you can order the spore prints online. do you live in cali? cause its pretty hard if not impossible to get them shipped to you directly from what i hear if you live in cali. but if you don't, go to thehawkseye.com or shroomery.org. those are good places to get started.

yep. but those aren't mine. i just used the pic to show that we were talking about the same type of shroom.

i dont live in cali but im right next to cali. so it shouldnt be a problem to get some spores delivered? and how do i know what kind of spores to get?
