Its not for everyone, might not be your cup of tea......nor did you break through, this has to be reached to consistantly breakthrough after a single time, took me once, a single hit and out of this reality, has taken friends of mine 10+ times to break through, even with huge bowls, everyone is different.

Mabey you were expecting too much....or not succeptible enough.

Sounds like typical sensations, those sensations stop when you do breakthrough. I've come out of the trip before no recollection of going into it, coming out drentched.

Your problem is that you probably smoked it like weed or in the light. I have jumped off a bed in the dark opened a locked door and run out side in the rain with a 5x extract. 40x is retarded. I've seen indian people carrying carpets and dark tunnels multiplicity and the workx on 5x.

I have had humble experiences with leaves even. Here is how to smoke it.

1. Be in the dark.
2. Use a propane lighter (needs to be hot hot hot)
3. hold it in for 40 seconds.
4. then take another toke hold for 20 seconds you will be gone.

Gaurantee or your money back. Also I don't fuck with 40x (again retarded).

What kinda lighter did you use? I found torch lighters produce better results if you wasn't using one.

Sounds like u smoked the salvia leaves. not hte extract. ive been around people who have smoked salvia 20x and some purple savlia shit that supposilby was 60x and they fuckin freaked out, seriously they would say shit that didnt make sense and their face looked creepy like they were reeally scared and you can just tell something is happening.
i smoked the leaves and got hot as hell and sweated really bad and my body felt really heavy too especially my arms and knees.

If you want regular i'd say do it the quid way, buy leaves, roll them into a ball, and suck/chew/let it permiate your mouth without swallowing, its alot gentler on the breakthrough if you do slide through, and last a bit longer. Though i would suggest this for those with low threshold points.

As Bobvilla said 5X of good extract is incredible stuff. I find the higher extracts are for hard heads. Some people are just naturally very intune with nature, and slide through easier.

I remember sitting with friends my first time with a 1g mix of 5x extract, i figured this would be plenty for the 4 of us to be out of this world. We were using a Gravity bong. I took a extreemly small first hit (mabey like 1/40th of a gram) sat back and waited for something to happen, it did nothing mentally, though i felt slightly warm, nor did i think it would with such a low amount, i found my standard. Time to take a real hit. I packed up a small moderately sized hit, mabey 1/15th gram so 3-4x as much as before......lit the bowl on top of the bong, started pulling up, took the bong hit, sat back, and started felling a whole slew of body sensations coupled with a feeling of being drug through thousands of spikes, all pricking your body, face being pushed headlong into the floor i'm sitting on, with the whole background of the room looking like the interior vortex wall of a tornado, i feel like i'm spinning with it, ,my friends sitting infront of me open up from a 3d wall of people into a 2d array of papercut people all connected at the elbow and knees indian style, there negative spaces fall into a white/black abstract patterning that look like branches running into the sky as a tree canopy and the roots of a tree below the 2d paper cutout people. In a flash these pos/negative/white/black shapes erupt and shatter into nothingness and the unverse is locked behind it all. I was falling through layers of reality, where i met my friends other face, smooshed together grimace of confusion, and the overall complexity of nontanglable objects in a objective world. In less than a moment i blinked my eye i was sitting infront of my friends, all i could simply say was wow, wow and wow, extreemly powerful, and majority i cannot even put into words.

I had only brief recollections of talking with my friend, he informed me after and he was very straight with me about it, i knew and could view it from multiple perspectives at that moment he was conversing with me, as i could feel after the fact. His question was really can i buy that salvia from you, i said no, he continued to barter with me, calling out numbers, while i spitter and spatter psychotic ramblings of baby sounds and non coherent numbers, his frustraction and rubbing of his face was ingrained in my memory as a smushed face of some other creature from that dimension.

Salvia is very odd, intresting, and powerful....There is no regular for salvia, theres only levels, shoot for a lvl 2. I was at the visionary state Lvl 4 i beleive, passing throgh layers.

Odd, i tried purple sticky salvia, yet..... the only thing i felt was just very warm
and dumbfounded. Mind you i took massive hits and held it in aswell.

I didn't hate or knock it, i was just expecting shit like the guy above experienced.

Though it definitely isn't something i can smoke everyday.


Afterwards i just felt dirty, like as if it was a hangover or something.
