I just use verm, brown rice flower, zip lock twist lock containers, and a microwave and I just microwave them to death. Works every time.

That would be much faster. Try some Rye flour instead of the Brown rice flower, you will see a noticeable difference.

Hey - I don't know of any spore companies that will ship to CA. However, I got a message from a guy at Homestead books that assures me they ship full kits to CA - it's like 120 or so.
Google them or find their ad in High times.

what does every one do while they are incoulating jars for sterilization i keep getting contaminated jars

make sure they are actually sterilized to begin with, where most ppl go wrong.
then i either use latex gloves or not.. either way i wash my hands and put alcohol on them

flame sterilize the needle and then wipe with alcohol
and then i lift up the aluminum foil and do one hole at a time and then replace the foil till i see growth

i just did that with 30 jars and only one is contam

so i have to buy the whole kit cause i am in CA, no one will send me spores hun... blah I'am just gonna get a PO box in my neighboring state... only 120 for the PO box, then i have a place to send spores, hydro supplies, seeds, and grow books, all with no link back to me. I think that kit is $120 too, so I'll be going with the PO Box, thanks for the investigating...
